Neural Rest Therapy: Helps to reset the nervous system of the muscles often resulting in muscle relaxation and decreased pain.


Myoskeletal Alignment: A type of massage employing leverage and stretching to release chronic tension due to repetitive body positions.


 Therapeutic Massage:  Manipulation of the soft tissue of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress. It also improves functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic, nervous systems, and may improve the rate of recovery from injury and illness. 


Swedish Massage: A system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints.

 Craniosacral Therapy: A gentle non-invasive therapy which allows you to remain fully clothed. CST treats the membranous and osseous restrictions found in your craniosacral system which may cause sensory, muscle, joint,emotional or learning difficulties. The whole body is treated. Good for just about anything. Stop chasing symptoms and go after the cause! Many people drift off into a relaxed state of mind or even fall asleep! 


Deep Tissue Massage: Releases chronic tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons, and fascia. Addresses trigger points.  


Neuromuscular Therapy: A style of precise massage which searches out and releases the cause of chronic pain that may not be your most noticeable painful area. Site specific.  


Hot Stone Massage: A deeply relaxing massage using scented oil and smooth hot stones which relieves pain and promotes harmony, balance, and peace. It is an hour and a half of pure bliss.  


Infant/Child Massage: Craniosacral therapy may help many situations: latching problems, growing and muscles pains, ADD and learning problems, just to name a few. Everyone needs massage!  

   

Relaxation Massage: A soothing massage which uses a variety of massage techniques. It calms jangled nerves, relaxes busy minds, gives you more patience and few more nerves for people to stand on. Regular sessions help immune function and reduce everyday pains. 

 

Lymphatic Massage: Helps balance the functioning of the lymph system - a major component of your immune system. Try this if you’re not feeling right, can’t get over a cold, or detoxing. A good addition to any weight loss program. This is not medical lymph drainage.
